Help Recovery dose not work

Hallo to anyone who can help me
I have a Satego x200 21L and made a big mistake I was having problems with
my CD/ DVD player it was not working correctly, and I took some advice from a internet forum (no not this one) this was a big mistake
My LT does not start anymore it always goes into Diagnoise and Repare mode
It wont accept the Toshiba Product Recovery CD, it wont accept an Original Win 7 CD. The CD Rom starts then stops, then starts again and the the LT starts again and stops at the system start reparatur
All my data has been copied onto my computer by putting the HDDs into an extern usb HDD device. So I can put a complete new windows onto my LT
But the CD rom won,t read any CD or DVD. A systems back up is not available
Doe anyone know how I can put a new windows onto the LT without using the CD Rom or are there any start up programs that I could use to start my LT
or any other advice.

Hi

for that i have some Basic ideas

You buy a new DVD

A bootable USB Stick
or WinPe on a Stick and you Mount a Image of the Installation DVD

if you have the Recover DVD - pull your Hdd out of the LT - install it into a other LT ( you can use every that have SATA ) and run the recover DVD until the Restart of the System ( the Point where you have to remove the DVD. at that Point you switch off and remove the HDD from the foreign LT and install it back to the X200 and switch on :-)
